At Cedar Rock, our mission is to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate healthcare within our patients’ homes. We are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our patients through a holistic approach which prioritizes patients’ unique needs, fosters strong patient-provider relationships, and ensures access to the highest quality of care. Our commitment is to empower individuals to achieve their optimal health and live their best lives, all while minimizing out-of-pocket expenses often faced at traditional wound care centers, including care limiting co-payments.
A nurse practitioner will travel to your home and is able to treat any type of wound. A wound is considered ‘chronic’ if it fails to heal after two weeks, at which time one should seek additional care to avoid complications such as infection and limb loss. Some of the wounds we treat include diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, arterial or gangrenous wounds, pressure injuries (previously known as bed sores), wounds related to autoimmune disorders, non-healing surgical wounds and atypical wounds.
We aim to decrease the impact insurance coverage has upon wound care by offering lower cost options than standard co-pays and increasing patient access to advanced wound care.
