We are dedicated to healing wounds through a holistic approach which prioritizes patients’ unique needs, fosters strong patient-provider relationships, and ensures access to the highest quality of care. Our commitment is to empower individuals to achieve their optimal health and live their best lives, all while minimizing out-of-pocket expenses often faced at traditional wound care centers, including care limiting co-payments.

Wounds can have a big impact on one’s quality of life and can cause embarrassment, depression, and serious medical complications. These feelings may delay one from seeking care. Patients have other barriers when it comes to routine wound care appointments. The patient may have trouble leaving the house or have transportation difficulties. There may also be high co-pay associated with wound clinics. Cedar Rock is now bringing expert and advanced wound care solutions directly to the patient. We prioritize knowing the patient. This allows for increased trust between patients and providers and helps create individualized and realistic plans of care.
At Cedar Rock, we treat all types of wounds, some of which include diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, arterial or gangrenous wounds, pressure injuries (previously known as bed sores), wounds related to autoimmune disorders, and non-healing surgical wounds.
